English Proficiency Exam (Erasmus+ Programs) – October 21-22, 2026

Dear Students,

 

The English Proficiency Exam will be held at the English Preparatory Unit on October 21 – 22, 2026 for the students who have applied for Erasmus+ Programs.

All exam venues will be located in the Foreign Languages Department buildings.

 

  • The Proficiency Exam Schedule is as follows.

o October 21, 2026 – Written Exam (14:30 – 16:45 / 135 minutes)

  • Listening (25 Points)
  • Reading (30 Points)
  • Language Use (10 Points)
  • Writing (20 points)

 

NOTE: The student list and exam rooms will be added to this announcement by 20:00 on October 20, 2026.

 

o    October 22, 2026 – Speaking Exam (14:30 – 17:00)

  • Speaking (15 Points)
  • A 7-minute time slot will be allocated for each student.

 

NOTE: The time slots allocated to students and exam room information will be added to this announcement by 20:00 on October 21, 2026.

 

  • We kindly ask students to pay attention to the following points.

Written Exam

o    Students must be present at the specified exam rooms at least 30 minutes before the exam starts on Wednesday, October 21, 2026.

o    Students must bring a pencil, eraser, and pen for the exam.

  • Students must bring their Çankaya University ID Card and Turkish ID Card with them to take the exam.

Speaking Exam

o    For the speaking section of this exam, students must be present in the corridor where the exam room is located no later than 10 minutes before the time slot specified above on Thursday, October 22, 2026.

  • Students must bring their Çankaya University ID Card and Turkish ID Card (or passport) with them to take the exam.
