Spring Term Placement Exam (Graduate and Lateral Transfer Students)

Dear Students,

The Placement Exam will be administered by the English Preparatory Unit on Monday, February 16, 2026. Students who have failed the Graduate Proficiency Exam held on January 19–20, 2026, and the Lateral Transfer Proficiency Exam held on February 3, 2026, and who have completed their registration at Çankaya University are required to take this exam.

Exam time: 10:00 – 12:00 (120 minutes)

The sections of the exam and their score distribution are as follows:

  • Listening (30 points)
  • Reading (30 points)
  • Use of Language (20 points)
  • Writing (20 points)

We kindly ask students to pay attention to the following points:

  • The exam will be conducted in the Department of Foreign Languages building.
  • Students must be present in their assigned exam halls at least 30 minutes before the exam time.
  • Students must bring a pencil, eraser, and pen to the exam.
  • To be admitted to the exam, students must bring their Çankaya University ID cards and Turkish ID cards (passports for international students).
